Transfer Students
Steps for Success
- Request official transcripts from all institutions to be mailed to Grossmont College's Admissions and Records Office (Request
forms are available online and as well as in the Admissions and
Records Office) Allow at least 2 weeks.
- Verify with the Admissions and Records Office that the transcripts
have been received (call 619-644-7186).
- If you want to see a counselor, contact the Counseling Center to
make
an appointment (call 619-644-7208).

- If you need to have your transfer course work reviewed, please notify
the Counseling staff member (call 619-644-7208).
- If you have YOUR OWN copies of transcripts, you may speak to a
counselor; however, the counselor may be limited in their ability to
assist you.
