Maybe because I never saw a counselor during
my first few haphazard semesters in college, I
hope students will view counselors as academic
coaches, who "train" them to think about what
they want and need from their college
experience. We have the expertise and

regarding personal/academic/ career issues
that affect your educational plans.
I really enjoy working with students who have discovered the sheer joy of
learning how to learn, no matter how confused or uncertain they may be about
what to do next.
