Graduation Robing
 Students
that meet honors requirements are identified on the Cap and Gown
list at the Bookstore.
Monday May
4, 2009 is the first day regalia can
be purchase. It
is highly recommended that you purchase your cap, gown, and tassel
by 4:00 p.m Friday, May 29, 2009..
Bookstore
hours: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m.- 7:00 p.m.,
Friday, 7:30 a.m.- 2:00 p.m.
Graduates are to
arrive in the Student Center promptly at 3:45 p.m. for a
pre-ceremony reception and robing purposes. Personal items should be
left with family or friends since there is no secured area.
Designated staff
members will provide Processional direction.
Students are required
to fill out a “name and address card” in the Student Center and hand
it to the individual at the announcing podium. Please print full
name clearly on card for public announcement.
Please dress
semi-formal in attire that is also comfortable due to possible warm
temperatures.
