Ready for Chemistry 141?
Students who have the
greatest difficulty in Chemistry 141 consistently cite a lack of
preparation as the principle reason for their difficulty. To
address this the chemistry department has taken a number of steps to
remedy this situation. Chemistry 120 is the prerequisite for
Chemistry 141. If this class is completed, the chemistry student
should have the required skills to pass Chemistry 141. If, however,
a preparation course was taken at another institution,
then the chemistry department chair will evaluate
the course on an individual basis. To have a course evaluated
