KUSI Features Athletic Programs, Child Development Center and ASGC Halloween Costume Event

Rod Luck interviews Dr. Kathryn Ingrum, Child Development Instructor.
KUSI TV’s Rod Luck included features on Grossmont College programs and services during two recent visits to campus. In late September, during two early morning segments, he interviewed Athletic Director Jim Spillers, Academic Advisor Randy Abshier, Cross Country Coach Robert Claesson and Cheer Coach Allison Bobrow, as well as college President Dr. Ted Martinez, Jr., and several members of the Cross Country and Cheerleading squads.

On Halloween, Rod returned to help the tykes from the college’s Child Development Center find and claim prizes in the pumpkin patch, cheered on the entrants in the ASGC Costume Contest. He also enjoyed the chili with cheese and cold cider cooked up by Alba Orr and her crew of ‘scarecrows’ from Business Communications Services.

ASGC President Rick Walker (aka Fred Flintstone) and a costumed friend welcomed KUSI's Rod Luck to campus. KUSI Photographer Mike captures the action.
