solid undergraduate program emphasizing basic business management
principles and their specific application to the hospitality and
tourism industry. Students completing the program are prepared

Any student who chooses to complete only the courses required for
the above major qualifies for a Certificate of Achievement in
Hospitality Management. An official request must be filed with the
