Prerequisite Clearance Information

 

Prerequisites ARE NOT cleared automatically
(unless taken at Grossmont or Cuyamaca College)

 

Prerequisite clearance requests should be requested two weeks prior to your registration date.

 

Requests to clear any prerequisite MUST be initiated by the student and include the following:

  • Student Name

  • Student ID Number (Social Security numbers are not accepted)

  • Course(s) you wish to be cleared for

  • Documentation (acceptable forms of documentation are transcripts, grade reports, and AP/IB test scores)
       
    Whether or not your transcripts are on file, you will need to provide documentation

*Failure to provide all of the information above will result in your request being denied*
