The Grossmont College Hyde Art Gallery is proud to present
Grossmont College Student Art Exhibition 2013.
This exhibition highlights the finest examples of work produced over the course of a year by Grossmont College’s
art students. On display will be works of ceramics, digital media, painting, drawing, jewelry, photography,
sculpture, 2-D and three-dimensional design.
This year we have the privilege of presenting the Creative Capital Webinar on
Creating a Marketing Strategy,
with artist Dread Scott. This event is made possible by a grant given by Grossmont College World Arts and
Cultures Committee (WACC) and will be attended by a selected group of 20 students.
The exhibit will run through May 23. The student award presentation and opening event honoring these emerging
artists will be held on Thursday, May 16th, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The Gallery hours are: Monday through
Thursday, 10 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The Gallery is CLOSED Friday to Sunday and legal Holidays. Admission is free.
Parking is available during the exhibition with the purchase of a permit from the vending machine in lot #1F.
Complimentary parking is available the evening of the opening ONLY in parking lot #1, vehicles must be
parked in designated parking stalls. The Gallery is located in Building #25 across Café 200.
