The Grossmont College Hyde Art Gallery is proud to present “Critical Landscapes”, installations by Kim Stringfellow.
The artist has created two multi media compositions dealing with the very
curious and haunting human history of some desert tracks in southern California.
Whether one ponders the folly of “the jackrabbit homesteads” or
marvels at the surreal beauty of the Salton Sea area, the artist
impacts us with the extreme nature of what we see in this exhibition
An opening event in honor of the artist will be on Tuesday, November
18th, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The Gallery hours are: Monday and Thursday,
10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Tuesday and Wednesday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Gallery is

available during the exhibition with the purchase of a permit from the
