Meeting Organization and Facilitator Role
Pam Amor as ALO will call the Steering Group
Meetings together, chair the meeting,
provide handouts, and take notes.
Separate Recommendation Team meetings will
appoint a facilitator and a scribe to take minutes.

The role of the facilitator is to chair
the meetings.

Facilitator to make and provide copies of
handouts

Facilitator to explain overview of
document and specifics of writing the draft
to the particular recommendation.

Facilitator to assure that electronic
draft is sent to Bonnie and that hard copies of
