Description
Campus Projects is currently a one person department consisting of the Manager
Campus Projects. There will be a need to replace existing equipment due to
wear-and-tear. There is a need to purchase a laminator that will laminate paper
17” in width.

Objective
The objective will be to maintain existing office equipment and purchase a
laminator that will handle paper 17” in width for temporary campus signage. The
Department currently has a small machine that will laminate 11” wide paper.
Action to Meet Objective
Purchase a laminator to laminate temporary campus signage that is 17” in
width.
Year 2 (2005-2006)
Objective
There will be a need to replace the existing HP Laser Jet 4 Printer and
Xerox XC830 Copier.
Action to Meet Objective
Replace the existing HP Laser Jet 4 Printer and Xerox XC830 Copier with the
latest technology in a cost effective way.
Year 3 (2006-2007)
Objective
Update or replace CPU and Monitor.
Action to Meet Objective
Depending on technology advance, update PC and monitor with the latest
equipment and software to be able to handle the work required by the campus and
District.
