Technology at Your Fingertips
- Some documents, when you copy them
from the Internet to an application such as MS Word, don't
"wrap" nicely. Now there's an application that will
rewrap the messed-up text: SmartWrap
the Clipboard at www.selznick.com/products/smartwrap/win.htm.
It might be well worth using!

You Can Access Your
Grossmont E-Mail from Anywhere!
For anyone who doesn't know how to
access their Grossmont e-mail from an Internet connection off-site:
1. Enter the address:
http://mail.gcccd.net/exchange
into the address box on your browser. You should then see a box
labeled log-on.
2. Enter your name, firstname(dot)lastname
for faculty, and firstname-space-lastname
for administrative.
3. In the pop-up box, for username
enter ics-g/firstname.lastname
for faculty, and admin\firstname(space)lastname
for administrative users. (For instance, Pat Morrison's would be:
admin\Pat Morrison.)
The
password is the same one that you use to get into your mail/access your
computer at Grossmont.
4. Your MS Outlook In-box should
then appear on the screen.
5. A final note: Remember to
log-off so that someone using the computer after you is not able to access
your mail!
