Jim Thatcher Testing
http://www.jimthatcher.com/testing.htm - Examines software tools for checking web accessibility, including what can and cannot be tested and compares six commercial varieties in terms of their adequacy.  None of them can validate your web site, no matter how expensive.  Tools that validate web site do so on the basis of automatic Section 8 tests.  The question is raised as to how much human evaluation is needed for properly judging the sites.

Accessibility Testing Software Compared

http://www.section508.info/ - Allows you to check whether your web site breaks the law by not complying with Section 508 standards.  Compares the html of your web page with the standards.  Click on the "Check Page" to get results.
